Access Your Future High School Intern

The RDO Equipment High School Intern program is a paid, in-person internship for high school students age 16 and older who want to explore careers in the heavy equipment industry. It is part of RDO Equipment Co.'s Access Your Future program, which supports students heading toward work in agriculture, construction and industrial equipment. Interns work at an RDO store location. They take on tasks in the service, parts, technology and sales departments. Many interns arrange the internship through their school's work-based learning program so they can earn class credit. RDO also offers two lighter options for high schoolers: a store tour and a job shadow lasting 3 to 10 hours.

Must be at least 16 years old because of the hands-on nature of the work. To apply, submit an application for the Access Your Future Internship Program through RDO's online job board. RDO does not publish a fixed application deadline, so check the job board for current openings near you.
