About

The RSA Summer Internship Program is a paid summer job program run by the Retirement Systems of Alabama (RSA) for high school students and recent high school graduates in college or trade school. Interns work full-time in temporary positions at the RSA in Montgomery, Alabama. Most interns work from early June to mid-August, and some may stay up to 104 business days if there is a business need. There are two kinds of positions. Clerical Aides earn $806.90 semi-monthly and handle office tasks such as scanning, filing, copying, and preparing member information packets, with work tied to their field of study when possible. Laborers earn $861.90 semi-monthly and help maintain RSA parking decks, buildings, and grounds. Both roles work Monday through Friday. Spots are limited, and not every applicant will be offered an internship.

Requirements
