Oklahoma House Page Program

The Oklahoma House Page Program is a one-week experience at the Oklahoma State Capitol for current high school juniors and seniors who want to see how state government works. The program runs each legislative session from early February through mid-May, and each Page picks one week to attend. During that week, Pages shadow their Representative and watch the day-to-day work of the Legislature. They also learn how to read bills and debate them in a mock legislative session, take part in leadership and civic engagement activities, and get to know students from across Oklahoma. Food, transportation, and a hotel room are provided, and Pages stay at a designated hotel supervised by House staff. The program is closed for the current session.

Open to current high school juniors and seniors. Pages must stay for the whole week and attend every scheduled day. To apply, students fill out an online application and list three preferred weeks; if the first choice is full, they are placed in their second or third choice. Weeks are removed from the application once they fill up. Applications for the next regular session open on December 1, 2026.
